John L Kirby & Associates insurance agency is located in Jacksonville Florida. We specialize in providing custom insurance to both individuals and business throughout Florida and the United States.

Opened as a family business in 1972, our agency began by offering commercial and personal insurance solutions to local businesses and individuals. From the beginning we have represented various national and regional insurance companies to offer a complete range of coverage options needed by our clients.  Through the years we have consistently sought out the industries top providers in order to offer a diverse portfolio of personal and commercial insurance solutions.

Because we are an independent insurance agency, we are able to draw from a large number of personal and commercial insurance providers to assemble customized insurance coverage for a broad range of coverage needs.  As independent agents we will research rates and coverage from these companies to find the best insurance rates and insurance plans for our clients.

Though our early years were primarily limited to business in North Florida, today we are licensed and do business in all 50 states.  One example is our ability to provide a special customized coverage for 100's of the local and regional offices of Big Brothers Big Sisters, a national non-profit organization that helps children reach their potential through professionally supported one-to-one relationships. And even though our customers may be across the country, we are not an “internet” company. Technology is a wonderful tool and we use it, but we still believe that doing business the old fashioned way, getting to know our customers, understanding their business, is still the way people prefer to do business.
